Collaborations are so much fun! Have you tried it?
I can think of a time when I collaborated with a group of women in something we called Power Circles and our goal was to gain greater visibility for the group of us. It was fun, empowering and provided a great opportunity for us all to shine the spotlight on our businesses.
When you are able to enter into beneficial partnerships with other business owners you create a situation where everyone wins.
We All Are Winners!
The person you partnered with wins because they are able to leverage your audience as well as provide good content for your audience.
The audience wins because they’re able to receive new information that may benefit them in their business in addition to what you are already giving them. They now have access to a new resource.
And of course you win, because you are able to also leverage the partnership to meet new and exciting prospects. So it is indeed a win-win-win situation for all involved.
So Why Aren’t More Business Owners Collaborating?
I believe one of the reasons more people are not doing this is because they don’t know where to start. But you are in luck! We have tools to help you with that.
My recent podcast guest, Nicole Dean, was able to share insight into collaboration in our interview. Check out the podcast here so that you can hear of wisdom from Nicole as she discusses ways to collaborate and to build partnerships for leverage.
