Have you ever sat down to write a sales page and didn’t know where to start? Or maybe even just getting started on a blog and were at a loss for words? Or how about this one, you may have written that sales page or blog and had no responses?
As a business owner, we all have probably had at least one of these things happen and we probably immediately blamed ourselves for not being able to provide something worthy. But the problem wasn’t with us it really was with the content we wrote. In my journey as a business owner, I have taken content for granted and have dismissed many times how important proper content really is. Think about it, if your content does not resonate with your audience how interested are they really going to be?
So the bottom line really is that no matter how great what you do really is without great content no one will ever really know. We must be able to convey our genius and our ability to help others in a way that draws them in and allows them to see what we have to offer. And it doesn’t matter whether that content is written or verbal, it must still be appealing to others.
So without a doubt, content is indeed queen! We have to be able to recognize that and work on becoming better content writers so that we can build better relationships with our “made just for you” clients.
So my podcast guest from yesterday’s podcast, Avery Wilmer, gives great information about constructing content that will woo your audience. You can listen into the podcast here and I am sure you will find information that helps you along the journey.
Avery talked about PLR content. If you are new to the world of PLR or curious about how you can implement PLR in your business, check out Avery’s PLR Planner that gives you 42 Fun Ways to Use Your PLR.
